Project approach
In projects we blend our tried and tested method with the client's project procedure. We call this approach, in which user participation is crucial, human-oriented design.
Human-oriented Design
Ergonomics is, in short, human-oriented design or the improvement of man's working environment. The aim is to optimize implements and working conditions. Creating the ideal working situation often means weighing conflicting demands and reaching consensus. This calls for a systematic approach. Solutions can only be assessed objectively by adhering to explicitly formulated criteria when choices have to be made. Approaching a project with a human-oriented procedure will help to harmonize the influences of the different participants (users, suppliers, etc.)
User participation

ErgoS is well-versed in dealing with user participation. Even in difficult professional situations we manage to integrate the knowledge and experience of users into the project. One important objective is to attain a basis for change. Prototypes and mock-ups (life-size models) have proved to be very useful in this respect.
Teamwork
If required, ErgoS will join forces with other firms like graphic designers, architects, interior builders or safety engineers. Thus enabling us to fully handle any type of assignment.
