On November 24th and 25th Human Factors NL, the Dutch association of ergonomics organizes its biennial congress.

We are in the fourth industrial revolution. Digital technological innovations follow each other very fast. They offer many new opportunities but lead also to disruption of the existing practice. What, for example is the impact of robotics on our way of working?

How do we use wearables that monitor our body constantly? Can artificial intelligence support people in their perceptions and decisions? And how can we use games to promote positive behaviour? Numerous examples will illustrate where we are now, what ‘tomorrow’ will be possible and what that could mean to us.
